HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please email us at sales@bodygraphicstattoosuppply.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Item/s to return
- Item condition
- Reason for return/Exchange
- Please include pictures and a video of the item/s if necessary
- * We will attend to your query and will get back to you within 24-48 business hours
PLEASE NOTE:
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED OR EXPIRED (on sale) ITEMS
- We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges
- Items must be in a new and unused condition (under no circumstances will we accept a used product, due to the medical nature of the items)
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Jewelry must be unworn and sealed in its original packaging
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date*
Should you wish to exchange or return a product/s, Please note we will not be responsible for any shipping charges which may be incurred, unless an item which was sent is noticed to be faulty or defective or incorrect.
- If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 24 Hours of receiving the order. Please detail which items you would like as replacements.
- If you are returning an item, please Pack your item securely, use a sturdy box and include padding such as bubble wrap, or envelope, any item not being sent in a box it must be sealed in a courier bag provided by the courier company. Send back in secure packaging to the address provided within (7) days of original purchase date. If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the buyer assumes responsibility, we (Body graphics tattoo supply and any of its employees) will not be held liable for any fees incurred if the item/s gets damaged in transit
- Once the return is received at our warehouse, it can take between 2 to 5 days to process the Returned items And Query. Once the return is processed you will receive an email indicating the outcome and we will process according to managements approval

BODY JEWELRY RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- Jewelry Should not be Autoclaved unless otherwise stated on the product.
- Jewelry Is delicate! Improper use is considered negligence. Standard/basic Jewelry can be used with tools, not any Fancy items of Jewelry. We will unfortunately not be held liable in any way whatsoever if any item gets broken or Tarnished due to inproper care and use.
- Jewelry must be unworn, not autoclaved, or immersed in any cleaning agents
- We will not refund or exchange an item after 7 days or if it has been used. Jewelry must be unworn, not autoclaved, or immersed in any cleaning agents due Blood Borne Pathogen regulations.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.
- We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during shipping or return shipping.
- We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
- If the jewelry you are exchanging is less than the price of your original jewelry we will credit your account the difference.
- If the jewelry you are exchanging is more than the price of your original jewelry we will need to collect payment before sending your exchange.
Limited Warranty.
- THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
- WE WARRANT THAT, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, HARDWARE COMPONENTS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. ANY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THIRD PARTIES AND PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THEIR WARRANTY, OR,IF ANY, PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY.
- THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO OTHER EQUIPMENT, COMPONENTS, OR DEVICES THAT A CUSTOMER MAY USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS.
- THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US THROUGH OUR SITE. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS OR ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED OR BOUGHT SECOND-HAND.
- WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. - What Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period, IF ANY,(Variable by product) defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware components of products purchased from the Site. It does not cover any software components of products. Please contact us regarding the warranty of the product in question and we will assist where possible.
- What Does The Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- Transportation
- Courier/shipping
- storage
- improper use
- failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance
- modifications
- unauthorized repair
- normal wear and tear or
- external causes such as accidents, abuse, theft, or other actions or events beyond our control.
This limited warranty only covers products purchased from our site and does not cover any other equipment, components, or other devices used in conjunction with our products.
Faulty Products
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may contact us within 7 days after you have received your order.
We will cover the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
